Last updated: April 24, 2026. This policy explains how QingxiHub ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our AI short drama generator at qingxihub.com.

Information you provide directly
- Account data: If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, etc.), we receive your email address and display name. We do not store passwords.
- API keys (BYOK mode): If you choose to bring your own fal.ai, Replicate or AI/ML API key, it is stored only in your browser's local session and sent directly to the provider — we do not persist or log your key on our servers.
- Prompts and generations: Scripts and prompts you submit are forwarded to the model provider you have selected. We may retain anonymized prompt text for safety review and quality improvement for up to 30 days.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, referrer URL, device type, browser type, and approximate geographic location (country/city level from IP).
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Cookies Policy.
2. How we use information
- Operate, maintain and improve the QingxiHub service.
- Forward your prompts to the AI model provider you select.
- Measure aggregate usage to guide product and content decisions.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and safety violations.
- Serve relevant advertising through Google AdSense (see Section 4).
- Communicate with you about product updates (only if you opt in).
3. Third-party services we use
- AI model providers: fal.ai, Replicate, and AI/ML API process the prompts you submit under their own privacy terms. When you use BYOK mode, your requests go directly to the provider without transiting our servers.
- Google AdSense: Serves ads and uses cookies to personalize and measure ad performance.
- Google Analytics / Search Console: Measures aggregate traffic and search performance. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Hosting and CDN: Our site is served through a commercial CDN that logs standard request metadata (IP, user-agent) for abuse prevention.
4. Google AdSense and advertising
QingxiHub uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may also opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
5. Affiliate links and disclosure
QingxiHub may earn a commission when readers sign up for certain third-party AI providers (fal.ai, Replicate, AI/ML API) through links on our site. These links are marked with rel="nofollow sponsored" and do not change the price you pay. We recommend these providers because we use them ourselves, not because of commission rates.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California, LGPD for Brazil, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Data retention

- Prompt text (for safety review): up to 30 days.
- Account data: for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion.
- BYOK API keys: stored only in your browser session; cleared when you log out.
8. International transfers
QingxiHub operates globally and your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. For EU/UK residents, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
9. Children's privacy
QingxiHub is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
