Terms of Service

1. The service

QingxiHub is an AI-assisted video generation tool for vertical short drama. We route your prompts to third-party AI model providers (fal.ai, Replicate, AI/ML API and others) and return the generated output. We do not manufacture the underlying models.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK).
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.
• You must comply with the terms of any model provider you route requests through.

3. Content you create

• You own your generations. Subject to the terms of the underlying model provider, output you generate through QingxiHub belongs to you and may be used commercially.
• You are responsible for your content. You warrant that your prompts do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy).
• We may retain anonymized prompts for safety review and quality improvement for up to 30 days (see Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You will not use QingxiHub to generate:

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real identifiable people.
• Content that incites violence or terrorism, or that harasses protected groups.
• Material designed to defraud, impersonate or mislead for commercial gain.
• Content that violates the terms of the underlying AI model provider.

Violations will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Fees and BYOK

• QingxiHub's interface is free to use.
• In BYOK ("Bring Your Own Key") mode, generations are billed directly by the model provider — we receive no markup.
• If we introduce optional paid plans, pricing will be disclosed clearly before checkout.

6. Disclaimers

QingxiHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI output may contain inaccuracies, artifacts or unintended content. You are solely responsible for reviewing generations before publishing.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Third-party model providers may change their terms, pricing or availability at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QingxiHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact
